Our crates are custom made, using top quality plywood and insulation materials, to provide perfect protection for the most delicate pieces, whether they are on the road or travelling in the air.

FINE ART TRANSPORT
We designed our road freight vehicles, including one of Europe’s longest fine art trucks, using many years of experience and expertise. Particular emphasis was placed on ensuring that these vehicles meet, even redefine, the strictest protection and security standards for fine art, while running reliably and cost-effectively. In accordance with this goal we continue to employ and adapt the latest technological innovations. Our air suspension cargo space is equipped with environmental controls that guarantee constant temperature levels in any season, day or night. Couriers can also monitor the cargo from the passenger cab, thereby avoiding the safety risk of opening it for inspection. For long distance transport couriers’ air travel and accommodation costs are covered by us.

Our network of airline partners and foreign professional fine art shipping agents ensures that the artworks can travel from one side of the globe to another, spending every single minute in the safest conditions.

CLEARANCE SERVICES
The full range of customs clearance services are handled directly by us, including temporary or permanent export/import, issuance and handling of T documents and ATA Carnet, customs guarantee and customs sealing. We always ensure that customs procedures are done as smoothly as possible, without having any effect on the delivery itself.

FINE ART STORAGE
With the new ArtSafe 2 warehouse inaugurated in 2018, Museum Complex now offers a total of 25,000 m2 of fine art storage and museums service center capacity at our ArtSafe1 and ArtSafe 2 warehouses. Our premises, guaranteeing constant temperature and humidity, are equipped with fire and smoke detection, alarm and camera system and guarded by 24-hour armed security service. These security features are applied to ensure the professional and safe storage of the artworks.
